Featuring over 650 works by more than 190 artists, the Biennial takes over a wide range of spaces, from heritage sites to coastal courtyards, with locations spread across Sharjah City, Al Hamriyah, Al Dhaidand Kalba. Five curators have shaped the exhibition, offering varied perspectives and room for unexpected connections to unfold.
Visitors can take part in free guided tours and Sunday shuttle services from Al Mureijah Square, making it easy to explore. Among the highlights is Michael Parekōwhai’s carved Steinway piano, a sculpture you can actually play. Trained pianists can book a slot through mid-June on Wednesdays,Saturdays, and Sundays.
