Announced by Disney CEO Bob Iger during a visit to the UAE capital, the project will be developed in collaboration with Miral and promises to be the most advanced and interactive Disney park ever created. Construction is already underway on what will become a major tourism draw for the region, with technology, culture, and storytelling at its core.
The park will incorporate familiar Disney worlds along with new experiences designed specifically for the UAE. Visitors can expect attractions inspired by Emirati heritage and a bold architectural style, including a reimagined version of the classic Disney castle.
Set against the waterfront backdrop of Yas Island, the new destination will join a lineup of entertainment heavyweights including Ferrari World and Warner Bros. World. An opening timeline has not yet been announced, but officials promise the development will raise the bar for themed entertainment in the region.
