Palm Jebel Ali took centre stage last weekend as Nakheel hosted a one-off dining experience at Summersalt Beach Club in Jumeirah Al Naseem – offering guests a first taste, quite literally, of Dubai’s next waterfront destination.
Titled ‘A Taste of Inspiration’, the event welcomed a curated guest list of investors, brokers and creatives for a laid-back beachfront brunch. On the menu: Globally influenced dishes designed by Summersalt’s Head Chef Hernan Ruiz, each one subtly referencing the spirit of the island: Bold, coastal and quietly refined.
The gathering was more than just a meal. It offered an early glimpse into the lifestyle that Palm Jebel Ali is expected to bring, the one shaped by space, design and a connection to the sea. Between courses, guests were introduced to the broader vision behind the island, including its residential offering, focus on community, and emphasis on waterfront living.
While the event was invitation-only, it offered a closer look at Palm Jebel Ali’s progress and the island’s role in opening a new chapter in Dubai’s ongoing coastal development.
