Dubai Police adds custom Rolls-Royce to its supercar fleet

Dubai Police has unveiled a new addition to its iconic supercar fleet – a custom Rolls-Royce Cullinan built by German luxury tuner Mansory. The reveal took place at Arabian Travel Market 2025, with the ceremony led by Brigadier Khalfan Obaid Al Jallaf, Director of Dubai’s Tourism Police.

The vehicle delivers 610 horsepower, reaches a top speed of 280km/h, and accelerates from 0 to 100km/h in just five seconds. Outfitted with premium materials and cutting-edge tech, the Cullinan joins a growing lineup of high-performance patrol cars used by Dubai Police to promote innovation and visibility in the tourism sector.

Also in attendance were senior officers from Dubai Police and key figures from Mansory, including founder Kourosh Mansory and lead designer Saleh Aballa.

This isn’t the first collaboration between Mansory and Dubai Police. The department previously showcased a modified Mercedes G63 with 720 horsepower – a car that goes from 0 to 100km/h in 3.7 seconds. The green custom Rolls-Royce Cullinan now joins an elite garage of showstopping patrol vehicles that continue to turn heads and highlight Dubai’s futuristic approach to policing.
