A New Private Island With 450 Luxury Homes Is Coming to Abu Dhabi

Covering 100,000 square metres, the island will feature 450 residences, including 350 modern apartments and 100 exclusive waterfront villas. Designed for those who value privacy, custom interiors and sleek contemporary architecture, the new development is expected to stand out as one of the capital’s most ambitious residential launches to date.

Apartments range from two to four bedrooms and span between 1,100 and 5,000 square feet, with curated design schemes and upgrade options tailored to individual preferences. The villas, set along the water or beachfront, offer direct sea access and a high level of personalisation.
