The palace includes nine expansive villas, each spanning over 2,000 square metres. Interiors are furnished with pieces by Bentley Home, and each villa features seven bedrooms, a rooftop terrace, an infinity pool, and panoramic sea views. Accessible only by private yacht or boat, the venue can host up to 300 guests and includes a Michelin-level restaurant, a spa with a snow room, and full event planning services.
The palace is part of a broader luxury hospitality expansion on The Heart of Europe archipelago. Upcoming additions include the region’s first Buddha-Bar Hotel and a Maldives-inspired honeymoon retreat, Buddha-Bar Beach Honeymoon Island. That resort will offer waterfront villas, a beach club, and a barefoot luxury experience with yoga sessions at sunrise and live DJ sets by night.
Looking ahead, early 2026 will see the debut of a 466-room hotel inspired by Portofino, featuring a six-storey aquarium and coral restoration centre – reinforcing the project's eco-conscious goals while bringing Italian charm to Dubai's coastline.
