The development is strategically located near major projects such as twofour54’s media campus, the Abu Dhabi Food Hub, and the Global Auto Hub. The first phase will introduce a 21,000 m² office tower alongside sports complexes, retail and dining options, as well as the new KEZAD One headquarters. Infrastructure and construction work are already in motion.
The project aims to attract international investors by offering a fully connected and innovation-friendly environment. It is also designed to foster collaboration between businesses, research institutions and academic centres, forming a vibrant hub beyond Abu Dhabi’s traditional commercial zones.
With 12 economic zones spread across 550 km² and over 2,100 businesses already operating, KEZAD is a key driver of Abu Dhabi’s diversified growth. As the emirate’s non-oil sector continues to expand, the KEZAD Business District reflects the next phase of smart urban and economic development.
