Scheduled to reopen around October, Global Village is aiming to build on the success of previous seasons with a renewed focus on variety and innovation. Spanning 17.2 million square feet, the park is known for its diverse offerings – from shopping and street performances to international cuisine and themed pavilions. This year, organisers are looking to enhance that mix with new dining and retail concepts that reflect the creativity of the UAE’s growing community of small businesses.
Last season saw the debut of the Restaurant Plaza, a new hub that joined popular food areas like the Indian Chaat Bazaar and Road of Asia. Together, they brought the total number of dining outlets to over 250, drawing crowds with flavours from every corner of the globe.
With its milestone season on the horizon, Global Village is positioning itself not just as a place for family fun, but as a platform for emerging entrepreneurs and cultural expression. As the countdown to season 30 begins, visitors can expect more variety, more stories, and plenty of new reasons to return.
