Dubai Announces a Month of Celebrations Ahead of UAE National Day

Dubai is gearing up for a month-long celebration to mark the UAE’s 54th National Day, with festivities set to begin on Monday, November 3, and continue through Tuesday, December 2. The city will host a series of national, community, and cultural events led by Brand Dubai, the creative arm of the Government of Dubai Media Office.

This marks the second consecutive year that Dubai celebrates 'National Month' under the #ZayedAndRashid campaign, honouring the nation’s founding fathers, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum. The initiative brings together government and private entities in a city-wide effort to celebrate unity and national pride.

While the full programme is yet to be revealed, residents can expect large-scale light shows, special concerts, and the return of the UAE Flag Garden – all echoing the success of last year’s events, which saw more than two billion social media interactions.

His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Media Council, described the campaign as 'a powerful demonstration of national solidarity and our shared aspirations for the future.' Preparations are already underway, with iconic landmarks such as Al Wasl Dome, Dubai Frame, and Dubai Festival City expected to play key roles in this year’s celebrations.
