Due for completion in 2027, the island will feature 51 sustainable apartments, 19 garden villas and 67 beach and shoreline villas, all designed to integrate with the natural surroundings. The shoreline villas will offer direct sea access, private jetties and up to six bedrooms, while the garden villas will sit amid lush greenery with private pools and expansive terraces.
Every residence is planned with wellbeing in mind. Homes will include advanced air purification systems to improve indoor quality and specialised lighting to regulate sleep cycles. Beyond their walls, residents will have access to health and wellness services led by top doctors and practitioners, as well as organic dining at a dedicated Healthy Nutrition Pavilion.
The project’s backers describe SHA Island as a 'once-in-a-generation' development that combines architecture, design and private living with a setting steeped in nature. With seamless links to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the wider region, it is expected to become a global benchmark for communities built around longevity and wellness.
