The resort will embody Janu’s signature concept of ‘soulful luxury’, offering 132 rooms overlooking the Arabian Gulf, along with a wellness centre featuring a yoga studio, gym, banya, and hammam. Guests can expect two restaurants, a mixology bar, a nightlife venue, and a dedicated Kids’ Club, as well as access to a private beach, beach club, and pool.
Adjacent to the main hotel, a residential tower will feature Janu-branded residences ranging from one- to five-bedroom units, alongside a limited collection of standalone villas designed for resort-style living.
Ras Al Khaimah continues to position itself as one of the UAE’s most dynamic tourism destinations, with Al Marjan Island at the centre of this transformation. The emirate has seen steady growth in visitor arrivals, driven by its coastal masterplans, sustainable tourism initiatives, and a growing collection of high-end resorts that blend luxury with the region’s natural beauty.
