Stretching 769 metres, the boulevard will include 16 premium buildings, designed to host leading aviation companies alongside luxury retailers. Work is already underway on Aviation One, a six-storey development that will form part of the new neighbourhood.
The project is being developed by the Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) to meet rising demand for aviation-related services in Dubai. The hub has positioned the boulevard as both a commercial magnet for global aviation players and a lifestyle destination for VIP travellers.
Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and Emirates Airline, said the development reflects Dubai’s vision to maintain its leadership in aviation. With Al Maktoum International Airport progressing towards full completion, the city is set to strengthen its position as a global hub for both travel and business.
