The initiative, announced by the 1 Billion Followers Summit and supported by Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives and the Varkey Foundation, calls on influencers to use their platforms for good and build a culture of positive, ‘kind’ content.
Unveiled on November 7, the campaign invites content creators to document social impact efforts – from volunteering locally to championing global causes – and submit them through the summit’s official website by December 1. Entries must include the hashtags #1BKindness and #1BillionSummit, with judging based on authenticity, creativity, and measurable impact. The top 10 creators will be announced during the next 1 Billion Followers Summit, set for January 9–11, 2026, in Dubai, and will collaborate directly with MrBeast’s team on future kindness-led projects.
'Education is the greatest gift we can give – it transforms lives, families, and entire communities,' said Sunny Varkey, founder of the Varkey Foundation. 'Through this campaign, we want to celebrate stories of kindness and compassion, and showcase how education can open doors, create hope, and expand opportunity.'
