The hotel will feature 259 rooms and suites, a signature spa and 10 restaurants and bars, with concepts to be announced closer to opening. Designed as a destination in its own right, the property pairs city views with easy access to Downtown Dubai.
Alongside the hotel, Wasl Tower will introduce Dubai’s first Mandarin Oriental Residences. The 224 apartments are planned with outlooks towards either Downtown or the coastline, bringing branded living into the same address as the hotel’s amenities.
The mixed-use tower is being readied with a helipad, office space and 11 parking floors, and is expected to have a convenient connection to the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro station. Its twisting form means you’ll spot it long before you arrive.
The opening comes amid a busy year for high-end hospitality in Dubai, with several new towers in the pipeline, including the announced Trump International Hotel and Tower and Six Senses in Dubai Marina.
