TAMM Wins Big: Abu Dhabi’s Digital Government Just Went Global

Abu Dhabi’s all-in-one government app, TAMM, has officially gone global. It just clinched the Gold Award for Best E-Government Project at the WSIS Prizes 2025, held in Geneva and backed by the United Nations. The accolade puts TAMM at the centre of the international stage, celebrating tech that actually improves lives.

Developed by the Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi (DGE) with support from over 40 local entities, TAMM has created a new way for citizens and residents to interact with public services. From property registration to police reports, it now delivers over 1,100 services in more than 90 languages – all accessible through a single, AI-powered platform.

What sealed the win? The rollout of TAMM’s next-gen AI Assistant, launched in late 2024. It doesn’t just answer questions, it also completes transactions. With over 700,000 conversations and 1.4 million service requests resolved – 95% of them handled solely by AI – TAMM is setting new standards for digital governance.

TAMM is not just a normal app, it is a window into the future of public service. With real-time responses, seamless automation, and a personalised user experience, it has reduced average service completion times from several days to just a few minutes across key government transactions.
