The findings were presented during a high-level panel in Abu Dhabi, hosted by Haleon, the UAE–UK Business Council, and Economist Impact. The event, themed ‘From Awareness to Action,’ brought together leaders from government, healthcare, and academia to discuss building healthier communities through self-care and health literacy.
Speakers included Dr. Omniyat Al Hajeri from Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre, Bradley Jones of the UAE–UK Business Council, and experts from Haleon, Daman, and Economist Impact. They emphasized the importance of collaboration and education in driving better health outcomes.
The Index assessed 40 countries across 58 indicators. covering health literacy, outreach, inclusion, and equity. The UAE ranked among the top performers, highlighting its global leadership in inclusive and preventative healthcare.
