Smarter Arrivals at DXB with New Greet & Go Pick Up Service

Upon scanning a unique QR code at a designated DXB kiosk, guests can access details of their assigned driver and vehicle – including the car registration number and parking location. This allows for a seamless transition from baggage claim to meeting point.

A friendly, multilingual Dubai Airports representative will then escort guests directly to their driver and vehicle. The aim is to minimise congestion in the arrivals hall, speed up passenger flow and offer a more polished welcome service.

Essa Al Shamsi, senior vice president of terminal operations at Dubai Airports, highlighted that ‘Greet & Go’ enhances operational flow and ensures a more efficient, personalised greeting. Licensed hotels, limousine providers and tour operators in Dubai can easily register their drivers and vehicles on the dedicated portal to offer this smarter arrival option.
